LIVE ANIMALS

- Live arrival guaranteed

- All live animal sales are final once delivered or shipped.  If something unforseen happens to an animal within a week of sale, a refund may be given as long as proper care was observed after the animal left our facility.

- Animal disposition is not guaranteed.  Most animals sold will be younger, and therefore may not be used to regular handling.  Most will gradually become more docile with time, but that is also not guaranteed.

- Sex of the animal is not guaranteed.  We will do our best to determine the gender of the animal, but there may always be errors.

- We will not sell an animal that we are not confident will do well in proper care. 

- It is the buyer's responsibility to know their local bylaws pertaining to ownership of these animals. 

- If no one is home at the time of delivery, animals will be taken back to the facility and delivered the next available time period for the customer's area.

- Live animals may be shipped to areas outside of delivery zones.  CONTACT US if you are outside of the designated delivery area.

- Live arrival guaranteed

- All orders must be placed by Monday 11:00pm to qualify for delivery during that week (For areas not included in next day delivery).

- If interested in large quantities, please CONTACT US to place an order.  We will attempt to secure the items within a reasonable timeframe.

- Someone must be home during delivery timeframe  to accept the package, otherwise live arrival guarantee is voided.

- We accept Credit Cards and Email Money Transfers through Checkout on the website.

- We accept Cash, Debit/Credit on delivery.  Please CONTACT US after order is placed to confirm these other payment methods before delivery to your area.

- Orders must be paid, or commitment to pay must be made, the day before delivery to your area to be eligible for that week's delivery.

- We accept payment plans on live animals with a 33% non-refundable deposit.  CONTACT US about the specific animal in question.  Full payment must be received before the animal is shipped or delivered.  The maximum time we will hold an animal varies based on animal price, but will not exceed 60 days.

- We currently offer local delivery to Essex County, Chatham-Kent, London area, and Sarnia area.  If you are outside of these areas, special delivery can be arranged.  Please CONTACT US with any questions.
